Rubber Lining

Rubber Lining services offered by us focus on safeguarding industrial equipments like mild steel vessel, pipes, settling tank and acid storage tank against corrosive  environment caused by salt water, chemicals etc. Raw materials like Ebonite and natural rubbers are used for this purpose. Applied lining is useful for protecting treated objects against fire, impact and high temperature. Quality of lining material is tested on the basis of hardness level and leakage protection capacity. As part of Rubber Lining services, importance is given on preparation of surface by thorough removal of grease, oil, residue, scaling and dirt. Adhesive is applied on specific surface prior to laying lining material. Sheets of rubber are cut in shape and are placed on adhesive treated surface.
